You can enter the contest in two ways:

  • Fill out the entry form

Mail (no purchase)

  • Write an original 50-word composition explaining why you like General Mills products
  • Mail this composition to: “General Mills – Groceries for a Year Contest”; 800 Somerville Terrace, Milton ON L9T 5T9

There is a limit of one (1) entry form per person or household per day.

Prizes to Win

The contest offers several types of prizes:

Ten (10) Grand Prizes

These are awarded as fifty-two (52) $200 grocery gift cards, valid at a grocery store of your choice.

Six hundred (600) Daily Prizes

  • Each Daily Prize is a $100 prepaid gift card

These are also valid at a grocery store of your choice.

Discount Coupons for Free Products

If you do not win a $100 daily prize, you will receive discount coupons for free General Mills products.

The first 15,000 coupon winners will receive two (2) coupons, while additional winners will receive one (1) coupon.
