Who can Enter ?

The Cupcake Vineyards Summer of Joy Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older.

When does the Sweepstakes end ?

This Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 5.

How to Enter ?

Using a mobile device, scan the QR code found on the underside of screw-top caps of select Cupcake Vineyards bottles.

Each QR code can be scanned for one or more Sweepstakes entries just one (1) time by up to four (4) individuals in each twenty-four (24) hour period.

What are the Prizes to be won ?

There are four (4) categories of prizes.

Grand Prize

The Grand Prize is $50,000.00 to be awarded via wire transfer.

Weekly Prizes

There are nine (9) Weekly (Tier 3) Prizes with one (1) Weekly Prize to be awarded to one (1) winner in each Weekly Prize Entry Period.

  • 1 – Joy of Activity: Six (6) Night Trip for two (2) people to an Aspen, Colorado ski resort. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $10,000.
  • 2 – Joy of Art: Six (6) Night Trip for Two people to New York City. ARV is up to $7,000.
  • 3 – Joy of Camping: Six (6) night “Glamping” trip for two (2) people to Joshua Tree National Park in San Bernardino County, California. ARV is up to $5,000.
  • 4 – Joy of Fashion: Six (6) night trip for two (2) people to New York City. ARV is up to $10,000.
  • 5 – Joy of Film: Six (6) night trip for two (2) people to Park City, Utah to attend the largest independent Film festival. ARV is up to $10,000.
  • 6 – Joy of Food: Six (6) night trip for two (2) people to Napa Valley, California. ARV is up to $10,000.
  • 7 – Joy of Music: Six (6) Night Trip for two (2) people to Nashville, Tennessee. ARV is up to $10,000.
  • 8 – Joy of Relaxing: Five (5) night wellness experience for two people to one of the three (3) Canyon Ranch health spa resort locations in the United States of America. ARV is $10,000.
  • 9 – Joy of Sports: Three (3) night trip for two (2) people to attend a sporting event of winner’s choice from among a list of options provided by Sponsor. ARV is up to $10,000.
  • 10 – Joy of Travel: Six (6) Night Trip for two (2) people to winner’s choice of destination in Hawaii, with winner’s choice being subject to Sponsor approval. ARV is up to $10,000.

Monday Thru Saturday Daily Prizes

There are two hundred and twenty-eight (228) Monday Thru Saturday Daily Prizes with four (4) Daily Prizes to be awarded to four (4) winners in each Monday Thru Saturday Daily Prize Period.

For each Monday Thru Saturday Daily Prizes, there will be three (3) tier-one prizes awarded and one (1) tier-two prize awarded. The tier-one and tier-two prizes are as follows:

  • 1 – Joy of Activity: Tier One prize is a $50 gift card for a retail store selling outdoor apparel and accessories or a retail store selling athleisure clothing. ARV is $50.
  • 2 – Tier Two prize is a one (1) year subscription to an online fitness platform. ARV is $200.
  • 3 – Joy of Art: Tier One prize is a $50 gift card for an e-commerce arts and crafts retailer. ARV is $50.
  • 4 – Tier Two prize is a one (1) year Premium Membership to an online education subscription platform. ARV is $276.
  • 5 – Joy of Camping: Tier One prize is a one (1) year a National or State Park Access pass. ARV is $80.
  • 6 – Tier Two prize is a one (1) year Subscription Box service for premium outdoor gear. ARV is $360.
  • 7 – Joy of Fashion: Tier One prize is a $50 gift card for a luxury department store. ARV is $50.
  • 8 – Tier Two is a $500 gift card to a personalized fashion styling service. ARV is $500.
  • 9 – Joy of Film: Tier One prize is a $50 promo code for an online movie ticketing and streaming service. ARV is $50.
  • 10 – Tier Two Prize is a high-definition supported outdoor movie projector. ARV is $300.

  • 11 – Joy of Food: Tier One prize is a $50 gift card towards a meal delivery service. Tier Two prize is a curated virtual cooking experience. ARV is $150.
  • 12 – Joy of Music: Tier One prize is a one (1) year subscription to a music streaming service. ARV $100. Tier Two prize is a US$300 gift card to retail store selling music and/or musical instruments. ARV is $300.
  • 13 – Joy of Relaxing: Tier One prize is a one (1) year subscription to an online mental wellness platform. ARV $70. Tier Two prize is a one (1) year subscription to a beauty and wellness gift box. ARV is $372.
  • 14 – Joy of Sports: Tier One prize is a $50 gift card for a retailer or sports apparel and gear. ARV is $50. Tier Two prize is a portable wood pellet grill. ARV is $500.
  • 15 – Joy of Travel: Tier One prize is a $50 gift card for a ride-hailing service. ARV is $50. Tier Two prize is a $500 gift card for an online vacation rental or booking service. ARV is $500.

The ARV of all the prizes as awarded is $185,600.00.
