ELIGIBILITY: The Tonight Show Lexus Vine Challenge is open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

TIMING: The Tonight Show Lexus Vine Challenge ends on April 4 at 12:01 AM ET.

HOW TO ENTER: As part of your Entry, create an original Vine rap video with either (i) no outside background music or (ii) the pre-recorded backing track provided on nbc.com/the-tonight-show or nbc.com/lexusvinechallenge to use in the background, on the theme “why you need a brand new Lexus”. Video must be captured using your own personal Vine account and you must have the permission of any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Video.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded to Winner. Prize consists of the following: one (1) Lexus NX 200t F Sport.

Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of Prize is Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty dollars ($36,580).
