Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older who hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license at the time of entry.

The Contest ends on February 19 at 6:59:59 p.m.

How to enter

During the Contest Period, visit myplayoftheday.com, complete Contest registration form and submit a video of you telling the Sponsor about how your Ford truck helps you tackle the toughest jobs or why you wish you had a Ford truck (“Video”). For a Video to be eligible, you must state in the Video how your Ford truck helps you tackle the toughest jobs or you must state why you wish you had a Ford truck.

Giveaway

Each entrant who submits a valid Video into the Contest will also receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway (“Giveaway”) for the Weekly Prize Entry Period (as set forth below) in which their Video is submitted.  On each of the corresponding drawing dates, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) first place Giveaway winner from all eligible entrants during that Weekly Prize Entry Period.  Odds of winning a Giveaway prize depend on the number of valid entries received during the applicable Weekly Prize Entry Period.  First Place Winners (12): Twelve (12) first place winners will each receive one (1) of the following three (3) prizes: Ford Cool Bar, Ford Portable Picnic Table or Autographed Aaron Rodgers Gear according to the schedule set forth below.  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each first place prizes is as follows: Ford Cool Bar ($283.14), Ford Portable Picnic Table ($208.31), Autographed Aaron Rodgers Gear ($216.66).  ARVs are as of date of printing of these Official Rules.  The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Winners acknowledge that Sponsor has not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.  Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.  Potential winners will be notified by phone or email. Prize Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of prizes after winner verification and confirmation.  No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  No transfer of prize is permitted.  If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age.  If any potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified.  In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced.  Total ARV of all Giveaway Prizes: $2,823.61.

The Entry Periods are as follows:

Prize

Winner will receive a two-year (24-month) lease on a 2014 Ford F-150 up to $20,000. Approximate retail value: $20,000. Any difference between stated ARV and actual lease value chosen by Grand Prize Winner will not be awarded. Prize will consist of fully subsidized payments for the term of the twenty-four (24) month lease.  Grand Prize Winner must enter into a lease agreement with Sponsor and adhere to all terms and conditions of that agreement.  Grand Prize Winner is responsible for routine maintenance of the vehicle and is responsible to insure the vehicle as required by the terms of the lease agreement.  Grand Prize Winner will also be responsible for mileage in excess of the number of miles per year at the rate stated in the lease agreement, and assumes full responsibility for damage to the vehicle, excess wear and tear charges, and other liabilities at lease end as specified in the lease agreement. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as described above; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize Winner.  Model, color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics are subject to availability. Other than the manufacturer’s limited warranty, Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize Winner (or such winner’s parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must have proof of a valid Wisconsin driver’s to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Grand Prize Winner responsible for title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of Grand Prize vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Taxes (INCLUDING ANY INCOME AND WITHHOLDING TAXES) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, regardless of whether Grand Prize is used in whole or in part. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the value of the lease. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of a prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
