ELIGIBILITY: The Bojangles’ Southern 500 Drivers, Start Your Engines Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia who, as of the time of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

TIMING: The Bojangles’ Southern 500 Drivers, Start Your Engines Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 23.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit WinWithBo.com and enter your Promo Code, email address and state of residence to enter the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) Promo Code per person per day at each participating restaurant.

GRAND PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of (a) one (1) classic Ford automobile (model year 1968-1974; up to $35,000 list price) selected by the Grand Prize Winner from among designated automobiles available from Streetside Classic Cars streetsideclassics.com or Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor (the winner will choose either the automobile or the $35,000); and (b) a four (4) day, three (3) night Bojangles’ Southern 500 weekend race experience trip for the winner and three (3) guests to attend the Bojangles’ Southern 500 consisting of the following: (i) accommodations for the winner and guests at a hotel selected by Sponsor, (ii) premium tickets for the winner and guests to attend the Bojangles’ Southern 500, currently scheduled to take place from September 4-6 at Darlington Raceway in Darlington, South Carolina, (iii) VIP credentials with garage passes for the winner and guests, (iv) the opportunity for the winner to announce “Drivers, start your engines” at the beginning of the race on September 4, (v) the opportunity for the winner to drop the green flag at pole day qualifying, (vi) the opportunity for the winner to participate in a “Richard Petty Driving Experience,” (vii) one (1) pace car ride pass for the winner for September 4 and (viii) a gift card with a face value of $2,000.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $40,000.

FIRST PRIZE AND SECOND PRIZE: The First Prize consists of $5,000 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The ARV of the First Prize is $5,000. The Second Prize consists of $2,500 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The ARV of the Second Prize is $2,500.
