Eligibility for the Upper Deck – NHL My MVP Program Contest

  • Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including Washington D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico and all other USA territories and possessions), and the provinces and territories of Canada.
  • Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence.

Contest end date

  • The Contest ends on December 4, at 12:00 pm PT.

How to enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Create an account on the Contest Website at web.witcontests.com/upperdeck/sweepstakes/win/mymvp-contest.
  • Submit: (1) first name and last name initial; (2) email address; (3) hometown; (4) favorite NHL team; (5) a minimum of one but no more than five images in JPEG format, no larger than two megabytes (MBs), depicting the Entrant in their favorite NHL team gear; and (6) a written statement of a minimum of 75 characters and a maximum of 100 characters explaining how long the Entrant has been an NHL fan and a short description of their favorite NHL game day tradition.
  • Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant; duplicate Entries will be disqualified and removed.

Prizes

  • Up to thirty-three (33) prizes are available: one (1) Grand Prize awarded to the Ultimate MVP and up to thirty-two (32) Team MVP Prizes awarded to Team MVP Winners.
  • Team MVP Prize (estimated retail value of $150 each): one (1) framed trading card featuring the Team MVP Winner’s Image; one (1) UDC hat; one (1) box of UDC trading card product selected by Sponsor; and one (1) UDC play-mat.
  • Grand Prize (total estimated, aggregated retail value of $4,080): one (1) official UDC trading card featuring the Ultimate MVP’s Image inserted on UDC’s NHL MVP trading card product; two (2) electronic tickets to the Stanley Cup Playoffs (game, date, and location determined by Sponsor); one (1) hotel room for up to two (2) people for one (1) night near the arena; one (1) $500 travel voucher payable via check; one (1) carry-on piece of luggage; one (1) luggage tag; three (3) boxes of Upper Deck NHL hockey trading card products with an estimated retail value of $350; and two (2) electronic tickets to the NHL Winter Classic or the NHL Stadium Series (Sponsor provides only the tickets; all other costs are the responsibility of the Ultimate MVP).
  • Total estimated, aggregated retail value of all Prizes: approximately $8,880.
