ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for prizes in the Game and Sweepstakes, you must, at the time of entry be (a) a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) be 12years of age or younger and have obtained your parent or legal guardian’s approval prior to entering. The Game and Sweepstakes are void outside of the above geographic areas and where prohibited or restricted by law.

GAME TIMING: The Lost Gems Treasure Hunt ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 31.

HOW TO REGISTER AND PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: You must get permission from your parent or legal guardian before participating in this Game. To play the Game, during the Game Period access the online registration form by visiting the JAKKS Pacific site at FairiesTreasureHunt.com and clicking on the link or tab for the Game. There is a limit of one (1) Game play per Secret Travel Code except that the free Secret Travel Code above may be used more than once.

HOW TO WIN AN INSTANT PRIZE: After registering, follow the prompts to play the Game and find the hidden Croc with the key, hidden in the sand on the beach. Once you have “clicked” on Croc, you may open all six (6) treasure chests. If you match two (2) of the exact same gems in the treasure chests then you are a potential Instant Prize winner, subject to verification and parental approval, and will be notified with an on-screen message.

PRIZES:

Instant Win Prizes Available To Be Won and Approximate Retail Value of each:

A total of fifty (50) of each of the following prizes will be awarded for a total award of two hundred (200) Instant Win Prizes.

Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $2,248.

Sweepstakes Prizes:

One Grand prize package will be awarded for each Entry Period for a total of four (4) Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize consists of: (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 tablet, (1) Pirate Fairy Blue-Ray disc + DVD combo, (1) Tink 9 inch fashion doll, and (1) Zarina 9 inch fashion doll. ARV $263.96 each.
