  • You then need to submit this code using the online form provided on their website

No Purchase Necessary

  • Send a handwritten letter with a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) that has enough postage for return mail
  • Include your full mailing address, first and last name, date of birth, email address, daytime phone number, and age
