Entry Method

Entry with Purchase

  • Purchase any eligible Colgate PerioGard product
  • Scan your physical PC Optimum card in-store at Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix or enter your card number if purchasing online
  • You will receive one (1) entry per eligible transaction

No Purchase Necessary (NPN)

  • Handwrite the following information on a piece of white paper: your first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, and PC Optimum account number
  • Include a brief text explaining which Colgate PerioGard product you wish to try and the reason why

Participation is strictly limited to one (1) entry per PC Optimum account number for the duration of the contest, regardless of the method chosen.
