IGA Customer Experience Survey Contest
The IGA Customer Experience Survey Contest is open only to legal residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.

How to Enter
You may enter the Contest by:
- Select customers of participating IGA stores will receive an invitation on their transaction receipt to participate in an online customer experience survey. Participating in the survey will automatically enter you into the contest, provided you submit your name and contact information as required on the entry form. Limit of twelve (12) entries per person.
- We will send email invitations to randomly selected AIR MILES members who will be eligible to enter the Contest by completing the online survey. The web link to participate in
the survey will be included in the communication sent to AIR MILES Collectors (IGA.net/myIGA). Participating in the survey will automatically enter you into the contest, provided you submit your name and contact information as required on the entry form. Limit of one (1) entry per email invitation.
- You may enter the Contest by submitting an essay (maximum 100 words) discussing your most recent experience at one of our stores. Customers must send the essay, entitled “IGA CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CONTEST” along with their handwritten signature, date, first and last name, telephone number, and complete mailing address to: Safeway Customer Experience Contest – C/O Marketing, Consumer Insights, 123 Foord Street, Stellarton, Nova Scotia, B0K 1S0, Canada. Limit of one (1) No Purchase Entry per envelope and limit of twelve (12) No Purchase Entries per person per Contest Period.
There is one (1) prize to be won, the prize consists of IGA Gift Cards totalling $250.
