ELIGIBILITY: AutoZone Summer Road Trip Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents of the forty eight (48) continental United States, the District of Columbia, Alaska and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

TIMING: AutoZone Summer Road Trip Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 27.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, visit AutoZoneSummerSweeps.com and when prompted, enter your email address. If you have not previously registered, you will be prompted to complete the official online registration form presented in its entirety and click the “Next” button to be automatically directed to play the AutoZone Summer Road Trip Instant Win Game. Limit of one (1) Entry and Game Play per Entrant per day.

PRIZES: INSTANT WIN PRIZES: The Instant Win Prizes are: Two thousand five hundred (2,500) Instant Win Prizes of a $10 AutoZone gift card will be awarded each Finalist Entry Period. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of each prize is $10. The total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in each Finalist Entry Period is: $25,000.

The total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $100,000.

FINALIST PRIZE (4): A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Miami, FL to attend the Ford Eco 400 race in Miami, FL, and a chance to win the Grand Prize, as described below. Trip will include round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Miami, FL, three (3)-nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, round trip ground transfers between airport/hotel in Miami, FL and hotel/event, and two (2) tickets to the Ford EcoBoost 400 race in Miami, FL. In addition, the three (3) Finalists that do not win the Grand Prize will receive $1,500 cash, awarded as a check, which may be used by Finalist Prize winner to help defray tax liability. ARV: $5,000-$6,500 each.

ARV: $5,000 for the Finalist that is deemed the Grand Prize winner and $6,500 each for the remaining three (3) Finalists.

GRAND PRIZE EVENT: All four (4) Finalists, as part of the Finalist Prizes, will be invited with one (1) guest to attend the Grand Prize event in Miami, FL to attend the Ford EcoBoost 400 race in Miami, FL, where each Finalist will receive a randomly selected key and an opportunity to start the Ford F-150 (“F-150”) present at the Grand Prize Event.

GRAND PRIZE (1): A 2015 Ford F-150. Prize also includes $12,500 cash, awarded as a check, which may be used by Grand Prize winner to help defray tax liability, pay for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and pick-up costs relating to both the Grand Prize and the Finalist prize.

The total ARV of Grand Prize: $47,500.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $172,000.
