ELIGIBILITY: PGX FitBit Flex Giveaway Contest is open to all persons residing in all of the states in the United States of America or the provinces and territories of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence as of the first day of the Contest Period.

TIMING: PGX FitBit Flex Giveaway Contest closes at 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 31.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, fill out an online entry form provided on the PGX website pgx.com and your entry will be included in the prize draw that takes place at the end of the week in which you have submitted your entry. A maximum of one (1) entry per person per day may be submitted.

PRIZES: One (1) Prize will be awarded each business day of the Contest Period for a total of one hundred two (102) Prizes available to be won.

Each Prize will consist of one (1) FitBit Flex.

Further Prize Details: The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest is ten thousand two hundred Canadian dollars ($10,200.00 CDN); broken down as follows:

One hundred two (102) FitBit Flex wristbands, valued at approximately $100 Canadian dollars ($100.00 CDN) each, for a total of ten thousand two hundred Canadian dollars ($10,200.00 CDN).
