ELIGIBILITY: Whole Lotta Beans Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

TIMING: Whole Lotta Beans Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) on August 31.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit EightOClockWholeLottaBeans.com, enter the alphanumeric code found on select packages of Eight O’Clock Whole Bean Coffee and login to the Sweepstakes App with either Facebook or Twitter as indicated. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Play per Facebook account or Twitter account per Day.

PRIZES: Instant Win Prizes: One Hundred (100) – Cuisinart Grind & Brew 12-Cup Automatic Coffeemaker (model DGB-550BK). ARV: $99.95.

Two Hundred Fifty (250) – Eight O’ Clock Coffee prize pack. ARV: $10.00.

Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $12,495.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize entitles the Winner the opportunity to participate in the prize determination drawing at a special event, all as described below.

Event Prize Drawing: During the Event, Winner has the opportunity to select one (1) envelope/container from among fifty (50) envelopes/containers. Forty-nine (49) of the fifty (50) envelopes/containers will contain a $10,000 message; one (1) envelope/container will contain a $1,000,000 message. The message in the envelope/container determines the amount of the Prize to be awarded to the person opening that envelope/container. The $1,000,000 Bonus Prize, if any, will be awarded in the form of an annuity payable as $33,333 per year for 30 years.

Event Trip Details: Selection of Event date/location is in Sponsor’s discretion. Event will be in the United States and is currently anticipated to occur during the final quarter of 2015. Dates and locations are subject to change. Event trip consists of:

  • Round trip airline transportation (coach class) for Winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest Winner’s residence to the Event city selected by Sponsor in the United States
  • Ground transportation to and from the airport and the Event
  • Hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights
  • Two (2) tickets to the Event on the date selected by Sponsor, plus the opportunity to take part in the Event Prize Drawing
  • One (1) $500.00 Visa Gift Card
