ELIGIBILITY: The ESPN Wide World Of Sports Play In The Magic Sweepstakes And Instant Win Game (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”), who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, as of date of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

TIMING: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 24 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 23.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant (“Entrant”) may register on-line by going to PlayintheMagicSweepstakes.com (the “Website”) and entering his/her valid e-mail address. If the Entrant is logging on to the Website for the first time, he/she will then be taken to a registration page where the Entrant must complete all of the requested information, including without limitation, complete name (no initials), zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and agreement to these Rules. The Entrant must then watch a video. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by an Entrant’s online service provider will apply. Data rates may apply to any entry via a Mobile Device. Entrant should check his/her wireless provider’s customer pricing plan as carrier specific charges for mobile usage may apply. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. After completing the video, the Entrant will must then click on to a button entitled “See If You’re An Instant Winner.” By clicking on the button, the Entrant will receive one “Game Play” in the “Instant Win Game” portion of this Promotion. After clicking the button, a win or lose message will appear indicating whether the Entrant Game Play resulted in the Entrant being a potential “Instant Prize” winner, as defined in Section 6 of these Rules. Potential Instant Prize winners will receive an e-mail confirmation at the e-mail address submitted when registering for the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, each Entrant who completes a Game Play will also receive one entry into the “Sweepstakes” portion of this Promotion (an “Entry”). In addition, if the Entrant “likes” facebook.com/ESPNWWOS prior to or after entering the Promotion, the Entrant will receive only one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. Except as set forth above, an Entrant is limited to receiving one (1) Game Play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period. Entrants attempting to use multiple e-mail addresses or identities may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event that a street address is entered into the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the entries associated with that street address may be disqualified. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address after registering. Entries received from any individual in excess of the stated limitation will be void. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 A.M. ET and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on a calendar day, except on January 24, 2014, when the day starts at 12:00 P.M. ET and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void the Entrant’s entries and that Entrant will be disqualified in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any use of any micro, robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods and Entrants using such methods will be disqualified.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The “Sweepstakes Grand Prize” consists of a five (5) day/four (4) night vacation package for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and up to fourteen (14) “Guests” or “Travel Companions”, to the Walt Disney World Resort (the “Trip”). The Guests are encouraged to be members and supporters of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s team. The Trip will include: [1] roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and up to fourteen (14) Guests between the major commercial airport closest to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport (if the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner lives within 250 miles of a Walt Disney World Resort airfare and roundtrip airport ground transfers will not be provided); [2] fifteen (15) roundtrip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort via Disney’s Magical Express Motor Coach Service; [3] complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort; [4] room accommodations consisting of up to four (4) hotel rooms (based on quad-occupancy per room) for a total of four (4) nights at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; [5] up to fifteen (15) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option (subject to restrictions) – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; [6] Team sports registration in a Disney created, owned, and operated youth sports “open” (not invitational) tournament or event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World [7] up to fifteen (15) “event/tournament t-shirts” – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; [8] a game-day photography which will include photographer for one (1) selected game played by the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests which will include a CD of all pictures from the one (1) selected game (the number of photos taken during the game will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [9] mock ESPN The Magazine cover photos – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; [10] one (1) mock ESPN The Magazine cover photo for the entire team; [11] up to fifteen (15) $50 Disney Gift Card– one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; and [12] an individual box lunch – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests to be eaten during for one (1) of the team’s scheduled games The ARV of the Grand Prize is $13,300.00.
