ELIGIBILITY: To enter the SpongeBob Swashbucklin’ Sweepstakes you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian prior to entering if you are deemed a minor in your state of residence and you must be a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and between the ages of four (4) and fourteen (14) years old at the time of entry or the Parent of a child who is between the ages of four (4) and fourteen (14) years old at time of entry.

TIMING: SpongeBob Swashbucklin’ Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 15.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit Nick.com/PiratesBooty and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online Sweepstakes entry form.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, FL.

Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence to Orlando, FL; four (4) days/three (3) nights’ accommodations in the SpongeBob Suite at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort Hotel (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); mid-sized automobile rental with unlimited mileage in Orlando, FL for duration of the Trip Package; five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); and tickets for GP Winner and Guests to a SpongeBob SquarePants character breakfast.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,997.00.

FIRST PRIZES: Five (5) first prizes are available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each First Prize consists of a SpongeBob SquarePants Movie prize pack composed of one (1) of each of the following items: SpongeBob Hero Pants Nintendo 3DS video game; SpongeBob bean plush toy; SpongeBob Movie “League of Heroes” action figure 6-pack; and SpongeBob Movie tie-in book.

The ARV of each First Prize is $60.00; the total ARV for all First Prizes is $300.00.

Total ARV for the Grand Prize and First Prizes is $5,297.00.
