GAME BEGINS 12:00 AM ET ON FEBRUARY 1, AND CONTINUES THROUGH 11:59 PM ON SEPTEMBER 30, (the “GAME PERIOD”).

TO PLAY: Log on to NabiscoRacing.com and follow the onscreen instructions to register (on first visit only) and play the Instant Win Game. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. Prizes are subject to verification. Limit one (1) game play per day per email address/person. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one (1) game play per day will void all entries and result in disqualification.

CONTEST: At the end of each month of the Game Period (each month beginning on the first day of each calendar month and ending on the last day of the respective calendar month), the ten (10) players that have the highest scores on the Instant Win Game as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will be deemed the potential Contest winners. In case of a tie, the player who received the highest score first, as determined by Sponsor, will be deemed the potential Contest winner.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing for the Grand Prize each time you play the Instant Win Game. Limit of one (1) entry per day per email address/person.
Entrants can receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing for the Grand Prize per day by following the links and instructions to tweet a prepopulated message about the promotion (“Promotion”) via Twitter and one

(1) additional Sweepstakes entry per day by posting a prepopulated message with a unique link on Facebook having a friend register through that unique link; entrants may receive a maximum of ten (10) additional entries total into the Sweepstakes Drawing for the Grand Prize.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the time of entry. Employees of Mondelēz Global, LLC (“Sponsor”), HelloWorld, Inc. FKA ePrize, Inc. (“Judges”) their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), NASCAR, Inc. and its affiliates and each respective employees, shareholders, officiers, directors, agents, members, successors and assigns (collectively “Released Parties”) and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the instant win game or sweepstakes. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVS): SWEEPSTAKES: Five (5) Grand Prize: Trip for two (the winner and a guest) to a Sponsor specified race in Miami, FL on Sponsor specified dates in November. Trip includes roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Miami, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single rooms, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to a race (exact race and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) tickets to a local activity (activity determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation between hotel/airport, hotel/activity and hotel/race; some meals (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a gift basket (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,600 cash for the winner only. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,920. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Actual value of trip prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. CONTEST: Eighty (80) Second Prizes (ten (10) awarded each month): A NASCAR themed bag filled with a hat, shirt, coozie and snacks (all items, styles, and sizes determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $100. Total ARV of Contest Prizes: $8,000. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize, one (1) Sweepstakes prize, and one (1) Contest prize per person.
