Eligibility

The Long Island Medium Watch & Win Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older.

Period

The Long Island Medium Watch & Win Sweepstakes ends at 11:00 p.m. ET on December 13.

How to Enter

You may enter by viewing an episode from the most recent season of Long Island Medium on TLC GO or TLC.com and taking note of the code word that will appear at the end of the episode.

Then, visit tlc.com/winareading and then follow the instructions to complete all required information on the registration form.

There is a limit of one (1) entry, per valid email address, per eligible person, per day.

Prize

The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following.

A trip for two (2) to New York, consisting of:

  • Round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to and from New York from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence within the 48 contiguous U.S.
  • Three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room rate and tax only)
  • A reading for one (1) with Theresa Caputo

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,300.
