ELIGIBILITY: The Red Vines Live On The Sweet Side Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in AK, HI, outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.

TIMING: The Red Vines Live On The Sweet Side Sweepstakes ends on December 6, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

PRIZE(S): Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to a football game in Los Angeles, California. Subject to the Prize Conditions set forth below, the Grand Prize trip will include:

Round trip coach airfare for two (2), from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor.
Three (3) days/two (2) night’s hotel accommodations in a single room, double occupancy at a hotel determined by the Sponsor.
Two (2) tickets to a football game on 1/1/15, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The ARV of the Grand Prize is: $3,950.

First Prize: Six (6) First Prizes are available to be won; each First Prize comprising a Red Vines prize package. The prize package will include:

One (1) Red Vines t-shirt
One (1) Red Vines water bottle
One (1) assortment of Red Vines candy products. Assortment will be determined by the Sponsor.

The ARV of the First Prize is: $175 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes is: $1,050.

The Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $5,000.

Limit: One (1) First Prize per person and per household. First Prize winners will be eligible to win the Grand Prize.
