The Lay’s Summer Moments Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older.

How to participate
(a) Instant-Win Game: Two (2) Game Codes are required to play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize. To obtain Game Codes, purchase specially-marked bags of LAY’S brand potato chips and look for the unique code located on the back panel of each bag. To obtain two (2) Game Codes without making a purchase, send a 3″ x 5″ card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code and email address to be received by July 5 to: Lay’s Summer Moments Free Code Request, PO Box 760025, Dept. 880-762, El Paso, TX 88576-0025. Limit one (1) free Game Code request (for 2 Game Codes) per stamped-outer envelope. Two (2) Game Codes will be emailed to the email address listed on the 3” x 5” card. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, unintelligible or undelivered mail or Game Code Requests or Game Codes.
Next, visit lays.com and follow the online instructions to input your two (2) Game Codes, create a customized bag, and submit your request. Entrants submitting a Play will receive a digital customized bag.
