Activia Win Within Contest

Eligibility

The Activia Win Within Contest (activia.ca/win) is open to all residents of Canada having reached the legal age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence.

Period

The Activia Win Within Contest ends on December 18 at 12:00:00 p.m. (ET).

How to participate

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. For each Entrant, a QR code or an alphanumeric code is required to enter into the Contest and to increase his/her chances of winning. During the Contest Period, Danone is offering a complementary entry on the contest dashboard, once registered into the contest. This entry gives access to the Grand Prize and can be used only once per Entrant. By purchasing any participating Activia yogurt from Danone Inc., you will find a QR or alphanumeric code on the packaging. Scan the QR code found on all Activia packs. You will be directed to activia.ca/win. Press “Enter now”. You will be directed to a page and you have to choose between two options “Log-In” and “Register”: If you are a DanOn member, click “Log-In”. Enter your DanOn email and password and click “Enter now”, and you will be registered. If you are not a DanOn member, you need to become a DanOn member. Click “Register” and an electronic registration form will appear. Once the Registration Form is completed, click “Enter now” at the bottom of the page to be registered in the Contest. You will be directed to your contest dashboard and the alphanumeric code hidden in the QR code will appear Click “Enter”. If the following message appears, it means that you have been selected to win a prize, ” Instant Gratification! Congrats! < VARIABLE PIN CODE > is an Instant Winning PIN Code! We’ve set aside $1,000 cash just for you, and sent an email to < USER EMAIL ADDRESS > with information on how to claim your prize. Your PIN Code has also been entered into our Grand Prize draw for $10,000 cash! “ If using the alphanumeric code, please visit activia.ca/win, press “Enter now”. You will be directed on a page and you have two options “Log-In” and “Register” : If you are a DanOn member, click “Log-In”. Enter your DanOn email and password and click “Enter now” again, and you will be registered. If you are not a DanOn member, you need to become a DanOn member. Click “Register” An electronic registration form will appear. Once the Registration Form is completed, click “Enter now” at the bottom of the page to be registered in the Contest. You will be directed to your dashboard. Enter the 10-digit alphanumeric code found on all Activia packs. Press “Enter”. There is a limit of ten (10) code entries per day per Entrant.

Prizes

A total of one hundred and 1 (101) prizes will be awarded as part of this Contest, as described below.

Instant Prizes

There is a total of one hundred (100) Instant Prizes available to be randomly awarded during the Contest Period.

The Instant Prizes will consist of the following:

• One hundred (100) Instant Prizes of one thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$1,000) each awarded in the form of a cheque written to the order of the winner

Grand Prize

There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won during the Contest.

The Grand Prize consists of the following:

• One (1) Grand Prize of a ten thousand Canadian dollar (CAD$10,000) prize awarded in the form of a cheque written to the order of the winner
