Who can Enter the Best Buy Survey Sweepstakes ?
The Best Buy Survey – Customer Experience Sweepstakes is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.
How to Enter ?
Invitations to complete a Customer Experience survey are issued to customers on sales and return receipts for in-store transactions during the Sweepstakes Periods. Receipt codes for in-store transactions are only valid for thirty (30) days. Sweepstakes entrants must complete online entries within thirty (30) days of receiving the receipt. To enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online survey(s), log onto bestbuycanadacares.ca and follow the directions to complete the survey.

Entry limit is one (1) entry per person.
Details of Prizes
During each Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) prizes available to be won, each prize consisting of:
- One (1) $1,000 Best Buy Gift Card
For a total of three (3) winners and a total value of $3,000 per Sweepstakes Period, or total annual value of $12,000 across four (4) Sweepstakes Periods.

I did the whole survey but there was nothing in the survey to tell of my shopping experience.
I was at the Masonville location and 3 young men were super helpfull with my concerns and gave me top notch customer service. Their names are Austin, Kyle, Griffon, and C.J.
I will continue to shop at Best buy due to the wonderful experience I had while shopping at that location.
