During the contest period, you will receive one (1) PIN code, while supplies last, upon purchase of any participating products.
Your PIN code for in-store program participating products can be found on the side panel inside the case or under the cap of the bottle.
To obtain one (1) PIN code without making a purchase, print your first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, complete mailing address, and email address in block letters on a plain white piece of paper and mail it with a 100-word (or more) unique and original handwritten essay explaining why you would like to win a Subaru Crosstrek Convenience PG Eyesight to:
