Eligibility
The One & Only Beef Contest is open to all individuals who reside in Canada, excluding Quebec and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.
Period
The One & Only Beef Contest ends on December 31 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, you will need to log in to your personal Instagram account. Follow Canadian Beef’s Instagram profile located instagram.com/lovecdnbeef. You must create an Instagram post using a photo of a beef dish you created or are eating. The post must use the hashtag #TheOneAndOnlyBeefContest, and you must tag @lovecdnbeef in the
caption in order to qualify as an entry. You may only use one (1) Account to participate in this Contest.

Monthly Prize Draw
There are nine (9) ThinkBeef merchandise prize packs, each of which includes the following items:

Monthly Prize has a total approximate retail value of up to $225 (maximum value), while Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value of up to $725 (maximum value).
