Target Audience for RONA Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest
- Residence: Open exclusively to Canadian residents
- Age Requirement: Participants must have reached the age of majority in their specific province or territory of residence

Method of Entry
Participation allows for two methods, subject to strict limits: a maximum of eight (8) entries per person, per month. Only one entry is permitted per transaction.
Entry with Purchase
- Complete the customer satisfaction survey
- The survey is accessible via the website address located at the bottom of a receipt obtained from any participating RONA store (opinion.rona.ca)
No Purchase Necessary Method
- Submit a request by mail
- Handwrite your first and last name, full address, phone number(s), and email address on a plain piece of paper
- Include an original essay of at least 100 words describing your first shopping or customer service experience in a participating RONA store
