The Shoe Carnival Boom! You Win Game Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 3.
How to Enter
During the period, visit boomyouwin.com, accurately complete the online registration form including your name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, daytime phone number and email address and click “submit.” Limit one entry per person, per email address per day.
