ELIGIBILITY: The Ultimate Hockey Fan Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older.

TIMING: The Ultimate Hockey Fan Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 5.

HOW TO PLAY: During the Promotion Period, purchase any Maxwell House or Yuban product and locate the UPC code on the packaging. Then visit maxwellhouse.com/hockeyfansweeps or yuban.com/hockeyfansweeps and follow the on-screen entry instructions to complete and submit an online entry form.

PRIZES: Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner’s choice of a check for $25,000 or a trip for two (2) to one of the cities where the Stanley Cup Final is located (location to be determined). Trip package includes round trip, economy-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to the city where the Stanley Cup Final will be held; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; two (2) tickets to one (1) of the Stanley Cup Final games; ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel and to and from hotel and Event; $12,500 spending money; and travel agent services.
