Eligibility
The Voice Team Blake Flyaway Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older.

The Voice Team Blake Flyaway Sweepstakes ends on November 20 at 8:00 PM CT.

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit olered.com and complete the entry form provided. Entries limited to one (1) per person.
Prize
One (1) grand prize winner will receive :
- Round trip air travel for winner and one (1) guest on Southwest Airlines between the closest major U.S. airport to the winner’s residence served by Southwest Airlines and Los Angeles International Airport
- Double accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights in one (1) room for two (2) people at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor for Event dates
- Two (2) tickets to attend one (1) Season 15 live show of NBC’s The Voice on December 3
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,500.
