How to Complete the Customer Survey ?
To complete the Hardee’s Carl’s Jr. Restaurants Customer Satisfaction Survey, visit tellhappystar.com and complete the survey within 7 days of the date on your receipt.
Once you complete the survey, you will be given a validation code to write in the space provided on your receipt.
Bring your receipt with validation code to redeem this offer at any participating restaurant.
Offer expires 30 days after the date on your receipt.
