Eligibility
The VSP EnVision Sweepstakes is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possessions). Entrants, as defined below, must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE).
