TANK5 Promotion

Eligibility

The TANK5 Promotion (76TANK5.com, Phillips66TANK5.com, ConocoTANK5.com) is open to legal U.S. residents of Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington and Wyoming who are at least 18 years of age.

Period

The TANK5 Promotion ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on September 11.

How to obtain a game card

There are two (2) ways to obtain a Game Card: in-store or by mail. Game Cards will be distributed in-store and by mail-in request while supplies last. Purchase a minimum of 8 gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel at a participating Phillips 66, Conoco or 76 retail station, present your receipt to the cashier, and request a Game Card. There is a limit of one Game Card per customer, per visit. Participating stores can be located by visiting 76TANK5.com, Phillips66TANK5.com or ConocoTANK5.com. By Mail: To receive a Game Card without making a purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Phillips 66 Company, TANK5 Promotion, Attn: Game Card Request, P.O. Box 7200, Bartlesville, OK 74005. Outer mailing envelope may be postmarked (i) no earlier than June 23 and (ii) no later than August 31; and received no later than September 4. A separate self-addressed, stamped envelope must be included for each Game Card request. Limit seven (7) mail-in requests per Week. A “Week” is defined as a 7-Day period that begins June 23, and continues from Week to Week thereafter through August 31. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left corner.

How to play game

Play By SMS: On the back of the Game Card, scratch off your 15-digit access number. Text “TANK5” to 777888. You will receive a return text message to the mobile number used for the initial text with instructions on how to enter your 15-digit Access Number. Enter your 15-digit Access Number as instructed in the text message. After your Access Number has been entered, you will receive another return text message stating whether or not you are a prize winner. If you are the holder of a verified winning Game Card, your Game Card will be automatically loaded with the amount of your prize within one hour after prize has been awarded.

Play Online: Go to 76TANK5.com, Phillips66TANK5.com or ConocoTANK5.com and click “Activate Your Game Card” to register. You must enter your first and last name, mobile telephone number, zip code of residency, state, birth date, email address, and then create a password. On the back of the Game Card, scratch off your 15-digit Access Number, and enter it as instructed on the Website. After your Access Number has been entered, you will receive an onscreen message and/or an email stating whether or not you are a prize winner.

There is a limit of one (1) Game play per Game card, per person, per Day.

Prizes

The odds of winning a prize are 1 in 5, as determined by the Game computer at time of Game play. If a prize is won, the value will be determined by the percentages as described:

• 99.59% of the prizes won will be $5 Phillips 66-Conoco-76 gift cards
• .26% of the prizes won will be $10 Phillips 66-Conoco-76 gift cards
• .15% of the prizes won will be $20 Phillips 66-Conoco-76 gift cards
