Eligibility
The Juicy Juice Enjoy Juicy Juice and Instant Prizes Instant Win Game is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.
Period
The Juicy Juice Enjoy Juicy Juice and Instant Prizes Instant Win Game ends at 04:59 p.m. ET on October 31.
How to Enter
During the period, you can obtain a code in one of two ways: (1) by purchasing one of the following specially marked participating products: 64 oz. Juicy Juice or 8 Pack of 6.75 oz. Juicy Juice juice boxes; the Code is printed inside the bottle wrap for the 64 oz. product and printed on the inside wrap cover of the 8 Pack juice box or; (2) to obtain a Code without a purchase, by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Juicy Juice “Enjoy Juicy Juice and Instant Prizes” Instant Win Game Code Request, Dept. M3721, P.O. Box 4006, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006. One (1) Code will be fulfilled with each valid request. Limit one (1) request per outer stamped envelope per person per day.
To obtain one (1) Code, without a purchase, visit juicyjuicegame.com and follow the link to the alternate means of entry Code generation page. Once at the AMOE Code generation page, you must fill out all required information, and submit the form. You will then receive one (1) Code instantly on the screen.
After you receive a Code, visit juicyjuicegame.com, click on the Promotion link and follow the instructions to enter by providing your date of birth, name, physical address, e-mail address and the Code and complete any other required fields on the registration page.
Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period:
- TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) Movie Certificate good towards one (1) child admission (up to $8.00 total value) to see Toy Story 4 or any other Disney movie at participating theaters in the U.S. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $8.00 each
- TWO THOUSAND (2,000) SECOND PRIZES: One (1) Juicy Juice Voucher which can be redeemed to receive one (1) free Juicy Juice product up to a maximum value of $3.99, ARV: $3.99 each
- TWO THOUSAND (2,000) THIRD PRIZES: One (1) Mattel Toy Story 4 Toy, ARV: $10.00 each
- TWELVE MILLION ELEVEN THOUSAND (12,011,000) FOURTH PRIZES: Downloadable activity pack created by Juicy Juice. ARV: $0.01 each
The maximum total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in this Promotion is three hundred eight thousand and ninety dollars ($308,090.00).
