Eligibility
The Deal or No Deal Lucky Case Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Prizes
First Prizes
There will be ten (10) first prizes awarded. Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) First Prize consisting of the following:
- Ten thousand ($10,000) U.S. dollars
Grand Prize
There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner consisting of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include:
- Round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home to Orlando, FL
- Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel
- Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands
of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and up to three (3) Guests - Admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show for Winner and up to three (3) Guests
Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is Four Thousand Seventy Six and 64/100 Dollars ($4,076.64). ERV of all Prizes is One Hundred and Four Thousand Seventy Six and 64/100 Dollars ($104,076.64).
