Eligibility
The Bad Boys for Life Giveaway Sweepstakes, which consists of a sweepstakes with one (1) prize and an instant win game with one hundred and five (105) prizes, is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Period
The Bad Boys for Life Giveaway Sweepstakes ends on February 16 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit sonyrewards.promo.eprize.com/badboys and complete and submit the registration form. Each entrant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day.

For the trip for 2 to Premiere, the trip will be to Los Angeles, CA on dates determined by Sponsor. Trip package includes:
- Round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home within the United States to Los Angeles, CA; provided that if in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion
- Two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
- Ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel
- $250 stipend for taxi or ride sharing service
- Invitation to the Bad Boys for Life movie premiere
- Travel agent services at the direction of Sponsor
