- Keep your original receipt
- Scan the QR code on special merchandise or go directly to HersheyStreamSweeter.com
- Complete and submit the registration form by providing the requested information
- Upload or capture a clear image of your complete receipt

- Write your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and age legibly by hand on a 3×5 inch card or piece of plain paper
