NHL Hat Trick Challenge Presented by Enterprise

Eligibility

In order to enter the NHL Hat Trick Challenge Presented by Enterprise and be eligible to win a prize, an entrant must be a current legal resident of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) or Canada and at least the age of majority in his/her state or province of primary residence.

Timing

The NHL Hat Trick Challenge Presented by Enterprise ends upon the start time of the last Stanley Cup Final game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

How to enter

To enter, an Entrant must first either visit hattrick.nhl.com then complete the entry form.

Prizes

There are multiple levels of prizing available to be won: (1) For the Regular Season Promotion, Weekly Prizes and Full Regular Season Period Prizes, (2) for the Shoot Out Weeks, the Shoot Out Week Prizes, and (3) for the Playoffs Promotion, Playoff Round Prizes and the Full Playoffs Period Prize. All prizes shall be awarded by Sponsor and are set forth below as follows:

Weekly Prizes One (1) weekly prize shall be awarded to the confirmed winner of each Weekly Period. There is only one (1) winner per Weekly Period, as determined by a random drawing.

Each Weekly Prize shall each consist of two (2) tickets to a Regular Season game. The winner shall choose which game among four (4) choices provided by Sponsor. The four (4) possible games to be selected including seating shall be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion and shall be subject to availability. Each potential winner acknowledges that at any time during the Regular Season, tickets may no longer be available in which case Sponsor shall provide as a substitute prize a Shop.NHL.com gift certificate in the amount of $300.00. Further, even if tickets remain available, any Weekly Prize winner may elect to receive the Shop Card in lieu of receiving tickets to a Regular Season game. In sum, there is one Weekly Prize per Weekly Period for a total of twenty-five (25) Weekly Prizes available to be won during the entire Promotion, with each such Weekly Prize valued at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $300.00 USD for a combined total ARV of all Weekly Prizes of approximately $7,500.00 (US$s).

Full Regular Season Period Prizes

For the Full Regular Season Period, there are two (2) prizes to be awarded: the confirmed Regular Season Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Regular Season Grand Prize and the confirmed Regular Season Second Place Winner shall receive the Regular Season Second Place Prize.

The Regular Season Grand Prize is $20,000.00 USD cash (ARV: $20,000.00 USD; provided in the form of a check).

The Regular Season Second Place Prize shall consist of a two-night getaway for two (2) to the city hosting game 2, 3 or 4 of the NHL Stanley Cup Final, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two from a major airport near the winner’s residence, within the 50 United States/District of Columbia or Canada, and arriving at a major airport within or near the city hosting the Stanley Cup Final Game; (ii) 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to the Stanley Cup Final Game and shadow “Hat Trick Challenge ambassadors” at such game; (iv) the winner’s choice of either a $250 USD Visa gift card or a $250 USD gift card redeemable at Enterprise Holdings, Inc. toward a full-size rental car for the duration of the getaway; and (vi) $250 USD in spending money. Total ARV of the Regular Season Second Place Prize is approximately $4,500 USD.

Shoot Out Week Prizes

For Shoot Out Week #1, there are two (2) prizes to be awarded: one (1) confirmed Shoot Out Week #1 Winner shall receive the NHL Centennial Classic prize, and one (1) confirmed Shoot Out Week #1 Winner shall receive the NHL Winter Classic prize. For Shoot Out Week #2, one (1) confirmed Shoot Out Week #2 Winner shall receive the NHL All-Star Weekend prize.

The Shoot Out Week #1 NHL Centennial Classic prize shall consist of a two (2)-night getaway for two (2) to Toronto, ON to attend the NHL Centennial Classic event scheduled to take place on January 1, 2017, including (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two from a major airport near the winner’s residence within the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia or Canada and arriving at a major airport within Toronto, ON; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to the NHL Alumni Game; (iv) two (2) tickets to the NHL Centennial Classic; and (v) a meet and greet experience with NHL talent or alumni, subject to availability. Total ARV of the Shoot Out Week #1 NHL Centennial Classic prize is approximately $4,000 USD.

The Shoot Out Week #1 NHL Winter Classic prize shall consist of a three (3)-night getaway for two (2) to St. Louis, MO to attend the NHL Winter Classic event scheduled to take place on January 2, including (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two from a major airport near the winner’s residence within the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia or Canada and arriving at a major airport within St. Louis, MO; (ii) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to the NHL Alumni Game; (iv) two (2) tickets to the NHL Winter Classic; and (v) a meet and greet experience with NHL talent or alumni, subject to availability. Total ARV of the Shoot Out Week #1 NHL Winter Classic prize is approximately $4,000 USD.

The Shoot Out Week #2 NHL All-Star Weekend prize shall consist of a two (2)-night getaway for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the NHL All-Star Weekend event scheduled to take place January 28-29, including (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two from a major airport near the winner’s residence within the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia or Canada and arriving at a major airport within Los Angeles, CA; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) two (2) passes to NHL Fan Fair; (iv) two (2) tickets to the NHL All-Star Skills Competition; (v) two (2) tickets to the NHL All-Star Game; and (vi) a meet and greet experience with NHL talent or alumni, subject to availability. Total ARV of the Shoot Out Week #2 NHL All-Star Weekend prize is approximately $4,000 USD.

Playoff Round Prizes

One (1) prize shall be awarded to the confirmed winner of each Playoff Round during the Playoffs. There is only one (1) winner per Playoff Round, as determined by a random drawing. As there are four (4) Playoff Rounds during the Playoffs, there will be a maximum of four (4) Playoff Round Winners.

Each Playoff Round Prize shall each consist of, at the Playoff Round Winner’s discretion, one (1) customized NHL jersey of such winner’s favorite NHL team or one (1) authentic NHL jersey of such winner’s favorite NHL player. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Playoff Round Prize is $200.00 USD. As such, the total ARV of all four (4) Playoff Round Prizes is $800.00 USD.

Full Playoffs Period Prize

For the Full Playoffs Period, the confirmed Playoffs Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Playoffs Grand Prize.

The Full Playoffs Period Grand Prize is $10,000 USD cash (ARV: $10,000 USD, awarded in the form of a check).

Total ARV of all Prizes awarded during the Regular Season (i.e., all Weekly Prizes, Shoot Out Week Prizes, and Full Regular Season Prizes) is $44,000 USD. Total ARV of all Prizes awarded during the Playoffs (i.e., Playoff Round Prizes and the Full Playoffs Grand Prize) is $10,800 USD. Total ARV of all Prizes awarded during the Promotion is $54,800.00 USD.
